Terms & Conditions

1. Appointments & Booking

  • Appointments can be made online or by phone.
  • Please ensure that all information you provide, including medical history, is accurate and up to date.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellation Notice: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling within less that 24 hours’ notice may be incur fee of 15% of the service cost.
  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10min late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate  the full service. In such cases, the client will be responsible for the full cost of the service.
  • No-Show Fee: If you fail to show for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a fee of 15% of the service will be charged.
  • Repeated Cancellations: Clients with more than 2 of late cancellations or no-shows within 6 months period may be required to prepay in full for future services or may be refused future bookings.
  • In the rare event that we need to cancel, you will be offered a rescheduled appointment or a full refund, when applicable.

3. Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of treatment.
  • We accept cash, card, or bank transfer.

4. Health & Safety

  • You must inform us of any relevant health conditions, injuries, allergies, or recent surgeries before treatment.
  • Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care. If you are unsure whether massage is suitable for you, please consult your GP first.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or stop a treatment if it is unsafe to proceed (e.g., if you are unwell, contagious, or under the influence of drugs/alcohol).

5. Professional Conduct

  • We maintain a professional, respectful environment at all times.
  • Any inappropriate behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the session, and full payment will still be due.

7. Liability

  • While we take every care during treatments, you accept that massage is received at your own risk.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, injuries, or issues outside of our control.

8. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)

  • Your personal information and treatment records are kept strictly confidential and stored securely.
  • We will never share your details with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
  • You may request access to, or deletion of, your personal data at any time.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales
